If we are to chart the path for this country, we have to stop being mere consumers and start being the producers..
We complain of not being given the mantle to lead and yet we can figh for it!
We form the majority of the populace, we are so active but lack collectivism.
We do alot of talking but very few of us can participate in a meaningful debate with a view to formulating a policy. We dont read just to gather extra knowledge for the sake of stocking our data base, we would rather take the known and tested path of mediocrity.
We live in communities and societies that we give nothing back to..
The servants of tommorow are the leaders of today...if we can't chart a lone but focussed path today, we will see our generation inherit the weaknesses of the systems, the excesses of the institutions, the mediocrity of our codes and an inherent disposition to our indifference-the i don't care attitude!
We can build, we can destroy but we can't afford to be complacent!
You try something stand up and be counted.
Join the quest for self-emancipation and in your own small way you will be contributing to the bigger picture of pulling us the youth out of this quagmire-poverty and lack of opportunities and our indifference to the events that shape our lives
