Looking forward to the amber sunset glow...

Sometimes in life, we are at cross-roads..
We think of the worst, but hope for the best...
We cajole our minds with the thoughts of happiness...but deep within, our fears have gripped us...turning the same thoughts into a turmoil!
We live by fear...by the expression of threats...by the depressing notion that we too can fail...
Each morning when the amber sun smiles, we dont smile back, we grin...appearing like a fixed potrait!
When the sun goes high and the birds voices dissipate, we put on a long face and weariness sets in,desolation creeps...and the orgy continues!
We then long for the evenings, when the sun turns amber, and makes our faces yearn for the soothing rest that befalls the night..where everything is calm..and the happy thoughts can once again invade, give us a smiling dream...where paradise is the horizon..
Happiness just yonder..and a yamn doesnt escape...
Don't we all yearn for that amber sunset glow?
With the slight wind and the shimmering grass...
When the calf jumps and the birds canoodle...
When the trees, all seem to be whispering a sweet soulful song?
I long for it...
To lay my head and let my thoughts run free..
I long for yonder..
Where flowers bloom...
Where cricket sing...
Where roses scent..
And their thorns are no more...
My heart longs for that bliss...
It yearns to whisper the ultimate song of the supple heart...
The song to which the butterflies dance!
